Look nice but falling apart after 3 practices

I use the gloved for my teams 8u league. They look and feel great. However, after 3 practices, the padding has started to fall apart. I was hoping to get a season out of them but I see myself having to try another pair. I will try to upload a picture soon. Not happy.
