I love this product. It took a problem that had existed for years and was quickly resolved. Also, while many spools of thread have a notch you can thread thread through to secure, they're either broken or in the wrong place where your thread should be jamming, and over time you'll end up with a spool box with hanging ends. to other coils, so now you have a big knot mess.
