Moisture Damaged product replaced by seller
We purchased this product and found it to be exactly what we wanted, increasing hydration with an emphasis on probiotic support! When we reordered the same product, it came with each of the individual sachets of rock hard powder. Moisture will damage, but neither the large envelope nor individual packages will be punctured. We have requested a refund and redelivery but unfortunately this product was delivered today in the same damaged condition! Addendum: We were contacted and the product was replaced after the review was posted. The replacement was perfect and as always we love this product and intend to order again!
