Review on Stella Brush No999 Glitter Clear by Carol Miller

The glitter that comes out is great, but getting it is a challenge. Maybe I did something wrong, who knows? Directions were in Japanese. But no matter how hard I squeezed, the sparkle wouldn't come out. So I opened the lid and there was a piece of plastic blocking the hole. So I filled it. Still unsuccessful until it suddenly got to the tip of the pen (not through the brush) and I had a huge blob on the paper. I had to quickly find places to put it before it dried. Then, when I needed more a little later, it all came out again in one giant lump. So it may be nice, but the drop doesn't necessarily go where you intended, and that's a huge price to pay for two apps!
