I was going to buy a second Veva 8000 but then saw this Veva 9000 and bought it right away. The filtration system is much superior and the capacity is greater too. The washable pre-filter is an enormous improvement. We run the 9000 downstairs and the 8000 upstairs. I don't have to dust nearly as often as I did before. We mostly keep it on low speed but sometimes use the medium or, for cooking odors, the high speed.
