I was very happy to receive this product for me and my daughter. We were both burned by the dripping water from the hood vent. She refuses to use it again and I can't blame her, I'm scared myself. I've been trying to figure out if there's anything else we can do to prevent burns, but so far I haven't come up with anything. Purchase at your own risk. If I had to do it again, I would NOT do it!
