Review on Bioluz LED Light Bulbs 6 Pack: Illuminating Energy Efficiency and Value! by Steven Lesperance

After my first negative review (see below) for a blown bulb, the company left a comment for you to read. So I actually did what they suggested and contacted them through Revain. They were very nice and helpful and actually sent me a new bulb with their 3-5 year guarantee or whatever! It took me about a week to get the new bulb but I don't care - they really kept their promise and I'm very happy. They also messaged me and asked if I would write a review. Yes, I've already written one, but what pleasantly surprises me is that in their post, they actually said they don't look for fake 5-star reviews. They said they wanted me to be "honest." Serious. So that's very refreshing for me. Through the Revain messenger I was pressured by other companies mostly begging for 5 star reviews. But not Bioluz. So here I am reporting on my honest experience, which ended up being consistently positive. I now have working bulbs back (the rest is still fine) and communication with the company was easy and positive. Therefore I am changing my rating to 4 stars, this is my own decision. Taking off a star for blowing the bulb in the first place (which is probably a manufacturing reality), but they got it right. Now I will buy more of their bulbs when I need specific sizes and the price is competitive. About 4 stars out of 5 is what I (at least) look for when I buy stuff. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Don't buy - they don't last long. As with other negative reviews, mine started burning out after about 2 years of use. They were relatively expensive and full of promises that couldn't even come close to being kept. I want to return the money. I have had good experiences with LED lamps from RevainBasics - at least so far. I will never buy this brand again and strongly advise against it. By the way, I'm writing this review. I'm a regular person just trying to be helpful here at Revain. I don't make enough money to spend on things like this and I'm frustrated with all the fake reviews on here. So please take my word for it and don't buy this brand. Let me know if you have any questions!
