This blood pressure cuff is of good quality and came with clear instructions. Perfect for home use.It can be a little tricky to take your own pressure but the cuff included a little loop for the diaphragm which helps.The only drawback is that the headset is fairly cheap and uncomfortable compared to others I've used. Luckily I don't need to wear them for long, but if you do, you might want to consider getting a more comfortable stethoscope.All in all, a good blood pressure cuff at a decent price.
