Busshead's dream. Deep, rich, warm sound

Just wanted to write a simple review of these unique Tws. As the name suggests, these pairs have really deep bass. The bass extends very well, reaching the lower part of the human-perceived frequency. Sub-bass below 50kHz is really "extremely good" on these tws. I was surprised that these little tws could produce the same amount of bass as full-size headphones. The overall sound signature can be described as warm, rich and bassy. This is definitely another V-shaped audio setup aimed at consumer, mainstream, bassheads, etc., but far from an audiophile sound signature due to its lack of naturalness and balanced tonality. The frequency below 300 is so heavily emphasized that you hear that chic all the time, and the bass is always prominent no matter what you're listening to. I really don't like this kind of sound setup because the bass is there all the time and creates an acoustic masking. Well even Sennheiser did the same with its Momentum tws 2 or Noble with its Falcon tws series. There should be a trend to create TWS with the main market in mind. Also, they seem to have some connection issues as there were some random cutouts when I put my original device in my back pocket. I haven't tried ANC or phone calls because I don't care about those features, only sound.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • So-so
