a hair's breadth for a Landcruiser, that's on my account. It wouldn't be so bad if that was the only problem. But they made fatal mistakes in the design of the mount. Version 2.0 of this product would be fantastic. So much potential, too bad I can't tell you how to remake it to actually be useful. The attachment points should be placed closer together on the headrest as they will distort the entire structure in its current form. They're so much wider than the width of my headrest that the individual pockets are bunched together, making them look rather odd and less useful. The clasps are also fairly cheap and have no stitching to prevent the strap from coming out of the clasp when adjusting. The return shipping cost is huge at $10. so i can go But be careful, lower your expectations. They might include straps that could go under the seat for syncing if I want to lower my seats a bit and not worry about things flying ahead at the next stop light. You could just leave a few extra zip ties at the bottom so almost any car could find a way to secure the bottom half. They also leave plenty of room on the seat backrest. My rear seats are not high at all and only cover 1/2 to 2/3 of it. Covers only half of a sequoia or other large car it is designed for, measured by width. A large bag would be useful if it had strong closures. Instead, it's a single Velcro strap with a contact area of about 2 inches at the ends of some massive 10-15 inch straps. You're unlikely to find a way to use straps this way. Especially when you consider that this middle module seems to be best suited for transporting heavy objects. First, the mesh pocket should go to the center module. The mesh pocket would be more convenient as a two-layer design, and would have an X pattern to prevent the module from shrinking when adding new things. All in all it's almost cool. Good concept, mediocre implementation. I'm willing to bet what the Mfg will do with promotional material. If they made a premium version it would be worth every penny. I would pay $150 for a 7-10 module system with a quality finish. I could leave a few packed and just swap them out all day. But this product is just terrible even for kids stuff.
