I bought 2 sets in anticipation of a kayak trip that was delayed a few weeks. I installed them yesterday and couldn't put a set in at all... I unscrewed the knob until it fell off and still hasn't moved. The other set was difficult to deploy but I installed it and hope it works. The plastic parts are awful and don't work properly. I wanted to return a set that I will not be using but was told the return period has expired? I got them on May 24th and now it's July 8th... right? I'm not happy at all. Stuck with a non-working aj rack and came out for $67.
