I have bought over 10 of these and use them all week for work. They are great and work well for my property inspections. I have used them many times. The problem is that after enough use the tops aren't strong enough and will snap off, only to have my phone fly onto the garage floor after being pulled up to the attic, pool, etc. As a result, I am no longer insured for my phone too many phones have been destroyed. My husband designed the little L shaped suspenders so they stay together longer. The problem is that with a light breeze, the bar collapses and the weight of the phone seems to snap the tip. Or if you hit it lightly against something, it will easily collapse. My husband is in the process of designing a new head due to problems with the holder. Also, if you have your phone in a case, cut the spacer at the bottom of the mount to keep it secure. With all that said I will be ordering another pair as overall it is a good product which has made my work with the bluetooth button a lot easier. I would suggest gluing a clip onto the base handle, some are incompatible with their clamp and hold ability. I shoot an average of 850 shots a week and the batteries and bluetooth remote never fail. In fact, I've moved the same thing to at least 2 new poles because it's easier and faster to sync with my phone. If only they had a spare head I wouldn't have to buy so many sticks!
