It was very easy to use lol ie open it, connect all the cables, put in the batteries, press the power button and that's it. Like all my Android devices. I set up my account, went to the Play Store, selected a few of the most popular apps I always make, and BOOM. It says it's loading, asks to open, and the apps never open. Not once. It will freeze like a flicker, sometimes even crash or just restart to ask you if you want to download. So I gave up and explored the preinstalled apps. Absolutely nothing could be loaded. I kept asking about my "external storage" even though I already bought 64GB. The settings says I have 64GB. But when I open files to look it says unavailable and I only see my USB drive which worked fine. The original remote only works if you point it directly at the box and close it about 3 feet away. I understand why the keyboard/mouse was a nice addition. But they took place and belonged to one of the two USB slots you have. The SD slot also worked perfectly. After you have connected all your cables. Because it is small and light, the forks branch out in a semicircle. This makes it very difficult to maneuver and simply turns in the direction of the most tension on the cables. I've never been able to browse the web without interruptions like crashes or going back to the home screen (which was very slow). I had to use both remotes because the "Enter" key on the keyboard takes you to the previous page. So this snazzy card reader didn't live up to anything I expected. Note: When I return to return it to my application as usual. :: The first time they tell me to work faster, I can get a call or text right away. I always get up at 1am so I didn't mind but the conversation was casual. I wasn't sure what to take from this, just a refund. I couldn't choose where to return items based on my location like I always do. I was told where to go. When I asked why, I never received a clear explanation. I asked for my application to be returned and filled out. I was told I couldn't do it. It wasn't the fastest either, which is why I ended up making the phone call in the first place. The time I spent on the phone, emailed the delivery label from that call, and then had to go where I was supposed to go. Everything could be done within 2 minutes in the app and bring a much better experience. I'm so confused! Definitely not what I expected from my first and ONLY face-to-face contact with a Revain representative. I thought I was being played.
