It's very exfoliating!
Folds and locks are great for storage. Open and closed is great for pizza risers. I usually drop a hot pizza on the floor because it burns my fingers, but with this skin the cake makes it onto the table. Where do I put it there. Great tool, easy to open/close, compact for storage, sturdy for the heaviest of cakes. That's love!
