For years I've wondered if I could cut back on cotton pads since I throw away 2+ every day. It seemed wasteful and bad for the planet, so I decided to use a reusable pad for a change. At first I wasn't sure if the pad would work, but after two months of use I'm happy to say that they work well! My routine is as follows: I remove makeup with coconut oil, wipe my face with pads, wash my face and then apply toner with a tissue. them with my towels/sheets. The only regret I have is having to use a little more toner in the pad to wipe my face, but it's actually not that bad considering how many pads I've saved from the trash. When you washed it with regular laundry, the pads looked a bit "patched". But I personally prefer tinted pads to the smell of bleach on my face. Overall I'm happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking to reduce waste!
