I recently bought these shelves and am very dissatisfied! They didn't stand up straight, they were crooked, the hardware didn't fit, and it was impossible to hang them. I refused one and threw it away, I was so upset. I emailed the company to let them know I was very dissatisfied with their product. Below is my email. I bought some 24 inch floating shelves for my new home. I really liked the color, thickness and overall look of the shelves. However, the unit was not level when inserted into the back of the shelf, the unit must "sink" into the back of the shelf to keep the shelf flush with the wall. This was not the case! In addition, both regiments were beaten, they were clearly beaten. My untrained, unwooden eye noticed it at once. I was able to place one, but the other was thrown into the fire. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping with you again. I received a response from the company almost immediately! In short, they sent me a new set for free! All they asked was that I send them photos of the broken shelves. What I did. They were polite, respectful and most of all wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I will shop with them again.
