I really like that they add the cherry flavor because as soon as the flavor goes away you know the filling has set. I put this filling in my tooth a few hours before bed and even the next morning I still tasted cherry so I just ate with the other side of my mouth. By lunchtime it had set and the cherry flavor was gone. I can brush it with a hand brush; I haven't used my sonic toothbrush or my waterpik next to it but I can eat on it and it stayed in place for over 2 weeks.
