I use this conference camera several hours a day for video conferencing from my home office. It works great with Zoom, Google Hangouts, and Skype meetings. It adapts to different lighting conditions and performs well in echo cancellation. It stays on my desk next to my monitor. The stick raises the camera almost to eye level. The elevated position of the camera next to the monitor allows me to communicate one-to-one with distant work colleagues during video conferences. Poor camera positioning on cameras without a "joystick" hinders face-to-face communication and can make video calls awkward. I love the remote camera control, zoom and rotate functions in X and Y. It works great moving between my desk and the whiteboard during video conferences with my remote colleagues. The "grip" portion of the device is sufficient to hold and position the camera, but can be fragile. Reasonable care should be taken when placing the camera in a room. It must be kept in a safe place. A moderate hit sends the "stick" one way and the camera ball rolls the other, decapitating the camera head.
