Ideal mid-level conferencing option for small groups

If you frequently need to connect to video conferencing (or even audio conferencing), this is a great solution between using a laptop's built-in camera and a full-fledged standalone conferencing unit for the price . There doesn't seem to be many options with this kind of functionality in this price range. Pros: - Easy setup and works straight away. - Great Camera - Perfect height, zoom and adjustable angle is a major upgrade from laptop cameras. - Standalone camera. has many advantages over…

Good picture quality. Bad design and materials.

Bought this camera for the office. "Plus: The sound and picture quality is very good. Setup and installation are easy. Very "skype friendly”. The bad: You now have the option of mounting the camera directly on the base, but this means it sits very low on the table. So you need to install the extra stem that comes with the kit. The whole setup looks "flexible". People tend to come up to them and try to point the camera at them or bend the stem to get a better angle. But instead the design is bad

The elevated position of the camera next to the monitor allows me to communicate one-to-one with distant work colleagues during video conferences. Poor camera positioning…

An eyeball on a stick (why not distract?)

Logitech is the gold standard for quality technology. However, this design is not well thought out. Any meeting attendees who've seen it will see it twice, and when it works, they'll go mad as the eyeball turns to look at them. It's a constant source of jokes. Incidentally, the image quality also leaves a lot to be desired. For some reason the design places the camera elements in a plastic bead, so the image is blurry when viewed through an unnecessary layer of plastic eye. Zoom is also a 1.2x…
