Bought this camera for the office. "Plus: The sound and picture quality is very good. Setup and installation are easy. Very "skype friendly”. The bad: You now have the option of mounting the camera directly on the base, but this means it sits very low on the table. So you need to install the extra stem that comes with the kit. The whole setup looks "flexible". People tend to come up to them and try to point the camera at them or bend the stem to get a better angle. But instead the design is bad because everything is very rigid and made of "very brittle" plastic. Sure, one day I walk into a conference room and the camera is broken. See photos. Connector "guts" went right out of the camera assembly. Ugly: So I searched the internet for a replacement camera. Anywhere on the web, including Revain and the Logitech website. I couldn't find it so I opened a case with Logitech Customer Service. When I finally got a response from them, they said they would not fix it and would not sell replacement camera heads. You'll have to buy a whole new kit, although the base, stem, power cords and even a useless remote control are fine. Ticket closed.
