The ability to register domains for free, with no need of payment upfront by adding credit card information or other financial info makes it super user friendly! Easy access through all mobile devices has made this feature very powerful. Their support team have been really helpful when I've had any issues - they always respond quickly too! There's nothing that stands out as being bad about them in particular at present (apart from maybe their pricing structure). They're easy enough for beginners but also more advanced users will find great use! Being able to manage my own portfolio/domain names so easily without needing to deal directly with companies like GoDaddy etc was brilliant.
