Direction shit, have an e6000 on hand

When I opened the package I immediately discovered about 4 bricks were missing from the top plate of the frame. And the ring is gone. Annoying but no big deal, in my free time I decorate things with rhinestones so I grabbed my e6000, replaced the missing ones and found the one for the ring in the box. The problem is solved. I moved the frame to the car and since the underside of the bolts are flat rather than pointed I had to thread them through the existing holes to push them apart a bit. Looking at the instructions, it's not clear in what order the screw needs to be fitted. and washer and plastic cap. The first attempt at passage was unsuccessful. Tell you what: First, put a Belleville washer on the end of the bolt. The cup should cover the head of the screw. Then put the washer underneath. Install it on the car, then gently press the rhinestone cover until it "pops out". I don't know if my instructions are better, but I hope they help someone. Let's see how long the rhinestones last. Since they aren't glued well, I'm not sure it will last long.
