Complete bullshit. First of all the bass button they supplied is defective, I had to try one instead and it worked. Not to say it worked well, just saying that the pen they send is faulty. So now let's talk about sound. I've played a few tracks where I know how the bass should sound and it's like he made up his own horrible version of how it should sound. I stopped, removed the RCA, walked past the unit and went straight into the amp. Clear, smooth sound instantly again, just buy an RCA level bass controller with RCA input and output, then run it to the amp. I thought it sounded like a nifty upgraded version of it, but I was wrong. Waste of money, I won't even try to return it because I already have it installed. If I want to remove it I just throw it in the trash where it should be.
