Unlike tie clips, Tie Mag won't damage your tie - something to consider if you're paying more than $10 for a tie, and something to consider if you're spending more. Consumers should be aware that the magnet itself is quite strong. and requires good scouting and the strength makes it quite a difficult situation during storage. Mixing with pins is a big no-go. Therefore, be sure to store the Tie Mag in a suitable case when not in use.
