Bought this light therapy lamp. It's excellent. It has touch controls to turn it on and off, as well as various brightness settings of the light. You can adjust it to the strongest light that suits your SADS needs, as well as much softer levels. I keep it next to my computer so I can use it in different environments. It turns off at lower settings, so there's no glare. The stand is flexible so it can be positioned at any desired angle. I will definitely be substituting other table lamps for my workspace. By the way, I'm in my 80's and have tried many multipurpose lamps.
