This item is amazing. I like at least 4 things about it. 1) Easy to use. 2) It replaced the Mister Coffee machine and the Keurig K-Cop coffee maker and saved a lot of counter space. 3) The tank can be placed on the right, left or back of the table depending on the situation. 4) Mr. Coffee asked you to add the right amount of water for the amount of coffee you wanted. The Keurig K-Duo Plus has a reservoir and uses the right amount of water based on how many cups (Kug) or ounces (K-Cup) you choose. You just have to keep the tank full. Now about 1 complaint. You have a choice of 6, 8, 10 and 12 cup sizes or ounces. If you want to make a cup of coffee using ground coffee, 6 cups would be too big. So you either pour some coffee down the drain or you drink more than you intended. I would like Keurig to offer an additional option. 4 cups/oz. It might be too small for a K cup, but it would be great for a cup of brewed ground coffee.
