My little boy loves this toy. It's big, colorful and loud. Very loud! So loud it drives our poor dog crazy. And if it bothers you while driving, it's so loud you might think it's falling apart. The truck sways from side to side while driving, as if rolling over large rocks. But it only drives a few meters when you press the blue drive button. My little boy thinks it's cute. I think it's annoying. But he stays in his bedroom, so it's not that bad. We didn't have any issues with the web launcher or web darts as others have mentioned. It comes with a big orange dinosaur that can ride in the cargo hold. But the cargo hold doesn't close with a dinosaur in it. He's just too big for that. The package arrived in perfect condition, although if you are buying this as a brand new item you might think it is the wrong item as the packaging says 'Spin Master'. But I think it's the manufacturer's name. It seems to be a very durable toy, perfect for a rough kid. I've got four stars because, as I mentioned before, it's very noisy, which wasn't mentioned by the manufacturer or on the packaging, and because it only goes a few meters before it stops.
