100% charged but not turned on. I've tried an on/off switch and a combination of that switch and a temperature switch as the instructions mentioned pressing two at the same time. Nothing worked, so obviously the temperature knob didn't work either. Called Revain support and they had no solution other than returning it, which I do. Unfortunately this product cannot be returned via easyWhole Foods so you will need to locate it in the packaging or send it via UPS. It came in a large box with other items.
