I use terry towels to dry my hands and when I work in the kitchen I wipe a lot of my hands. I only cook one meal a day, but I also make sandwiches and change towels at least once a day. After a few years of washing, my old kitchen towels were torn, so I decided to buy new ones. I found that although mostly the ones I wanted, these towels weren't long enough to stay in the holder so they kept falling on the floor (not a good spot when I'm working). Also found that terry cloth sheds like crazy - I decided to try 4 towels first, wash and dry them and both the lint trap in the drain pipe and the lint cup of the dryer were thick with lint - just from those 4 towels. It's amazing that Terry was still in the towers. After trying this one, which looks more like a face towel than a hand towel, I decided to buy slightly longer towels and donate them to charity because they always seem to slide onto the floor.
