Within a few months I built my first vivarium for a young corn snake. This terrarium caught my eye immediately and highlighted all the features I was looking for and then some. It arrived safe and sound, well packaged and assembly was fairly easy, maybe 30 minutes for the initial setup. Features: - Front doors and vented top with security grommets, no escapes yet and I don't expect any. Tip: Suction cups make great temporary doorknobs without sacrificing visibility. - Elevated so the heater can be used under the tank without worrying about damaging the table - Great looking foam backing that can be used for artificial plants. I regret not fixing it better before adding the snake, maybe with hot glue or silicone. The snake hid on it but doesn't stay behind often - a decent size that will definitely last me a few years of growth. Same circumference as a 20 gallon tank will fit a corn snake under 3 feet tall - will break if I ever need to store them. A big plus for me is TONS of well-protected inside-out cable routing should I decide to go with internal probe thermometers or water aeration. All are secure when closed and have withstood scrutiny and testing. What set this terrarium apart from similar others was the side cable slot, background style, lock/key closure, top design and vented side. Panel. All of these expectations were met or even exceeded. It looks great, it does the job, and it definitely feels like I won't need to "upgrade" it for a long time. When a snake needs to get bigger, I mean a couple of amphibious displays that require minimal modifications. In hindsight, I wish I had taken the time to siliconize the background and some temperature sensors before use. Reptizoo isn't one of the most well-known names and appears to be only available online in the States. I really liked their website and obviously a lot of thought has gone into the product. I'm surprised there aren't any reviews for this model and if anything changes in my opinion I'll definitely update. I am very satisfied so far.
