I just received the product but I was so happy to use it that I did. It was very easy to follow the instructions in the manual. I was able to easily create and organize folders with my photos and videos to free up space on my phone. It worked very quickly - even if I had to copy many files (up to 300 images + 100 minutes of video clips) in one session, it took me less than a minute to copy them all. I think the only downside is that I wish it had some sort of case or cover. I'm afraid I might break one side if I put it in my purse. Oh and I love the color. turned pink. UPDATE: Photos and videos are still on the flash drive. The video will continue to work correctly as long as they are connected to the iPhone. I currently hate that I have to press hard on the white part of the flash drive to attach it to my laptop. I also hate that videos won't play when copying and pasting or transferring videos from a flash drive to my laptop. Even if the file ends with (.mov) and it's Quicktime or something like that. However, the photos are well tolerated. I used to give this product 4 stars. I now give 1 star.
