Since this item has no reviews so far, I'll try to cover as many bases as I can. Like many people currently, I'm working at home and my gym is closed. I ordered this treadmill because I needed something for a small space that I could easily store. While this folds extremely flat (about 5"), it is about 1.5" too long to store where I had planned to put it (underneath an Ikea Ektorp loveseat). However, I can stand it against a wall when not in use, and it's pretty unobtrusive. It's relatively lightweight compared to other treadmills (around 55 lbs) and has wheels, so moving it around is not difficult. It arrived within about a week of ordering (much sooner than the revain estimate) and setup was easy - literally just unboxing, raising the bar, and plugging it in. Another reason I chose this specific treadmill was that it can be operated completely from the console without the remote (although it does have one). This is a huge advantage as many of the foldable or walking pad style treadmills operate by remote only, and once the remote dies, the treadmill is unusable. It measures calories, time, distance, speed, and has several optional programs available, and a good range of speeds. I've already set it up and used it and put it away, and so far I'm very pleased! It does exactly what I need it to do. The treadmill itself is very quiet - I'm in a 5th floor apartment with wood floors, and even without a pad underneath (I do have one, have tried it both ways), it's still pretty quiet. (Now, if you are close to the weight limit of 220 lbs and running at full speed, that may change the noise level.)Things to note: the handlebar isn't the most stable. It can be a bit wobbly even when tightened down. Not a dealbreaker for me, but just something to be aware of. No water bottle holder, which is really just a minor inconvenience. Also, the walking pad is small, especially compared to those in commercial gyms (which is what I'm accustomed to). I am 5' with short legs, and I don't think I have a large stride, but I have to be mindful about taking smaller strides on this once I get up to speed. If you're used to a larger treadmill or you're tall, you will have an adjustment period. The lack of siderails can also be something to get used to if you're used to commercial gym treadmills. I sometimes have minor balance issues, so this was something I needed to adjust a little bit to. Again, just something to be mindful of, but not a dealbreaker. Lastly, the power cord isn't very long, maybe 3-4 feet or so. I will be anxious to see how this treadmill performs and holds up over time. This obviously isn't going to be the same as a commercial or much more expensive treadmill, but it is a good substitute for the gym or outdoor walking, especially if you have limited space or simply want something space-saving that can be stored easily.
