This is absolutely the worst quality product I have ever purchased. I'll start at the top. hair falls out At that point, he will be bald in a week. The mouth doesn't work. The beard is carelessly glued on. The finish is uneven. There's a lot of visible glue in there. The hands are wrinkled. There are colored scratches on the white belt. This nutcracker has no paint, chips and dents. The face is dirty and it seems that nothing fits. The eyes are uneven. This was supposed to be Santa's secret gift but I'm so confused by the quality I will definitely be back.
