Firstly, there's no backlight to light them up, and once you've done that there are 18 different bulbs to choose from, and none of them have that manufacturer's name or number, so you should just keep choosing one until you find the right one . That's what tech support told me after 2 hours and nothing worked. They made me reset my router, change my wifi to 2.4 and do it again. I finally got the right one and it worked. Just to know that blue looks purple and purple looks pink and red looks orange and so on and the lighter you make it the more colors turn into the same cream color. I would not spend 30 euros again for this lamp
