Works great. Vehicle: MK4 Jetta GLI with 312mm rotors. Used on caliper bracket bolts. The brake caliper bracket is bolted to the hub. The screw loosened the hole in the hub. The manual lists up to 92 ft-lb of torque. (IIRC) Both holes cleaned. I was able to drill/enlarge the hole with the bit size listed on the packaging. I just held it as straight as I could and enlarged the hole. Then I used a crane and tried to stay as straight as possible. Installing the coil wasn't that easy. It took a while but I got it done. I kept installing the spool until 3 or 4 threads came out the back. There are about 3-4 threads left at the front. Use a pair of wire cutters to trim the threads flush. That was hard. I had to use a grinder with a cutting wheel. I didn't use red or blue Loctite. To date, there are no problems with the fix. Will keep watching. Will post an update if there are any problems.
