Review on Ricoh Theta M15 360 Degree Spherical Panorama Camera (Yellow) by Tyler Dorsey

Works for an early spherical camera but the quality is terrible. I would normally give it 4 stars but Ricoh Imaging's customer support is terrible! My lens was damaged while in the case that came with it and customer service basically told me there was nothing they could do. They said that due to the construction, there was no way to repair the camera and that the warranty was expired. I assume the warranty doesn't cover wear and tear, but it was damaged inside the socket and there's nothing you can do? Expect Comcast-level customer support - even gave me a smug attitude. Buyers be careful, if you have any problems, you're out! Spend your money installing a gopro or a sphericam and hopefully Ricoh Imaging will die due to the lack of support they provide.
