It was so much fun! Amazing for the price. As a kid, in 2nd or 3rd grade, I loved cross stitching for mindless fun. I ordered a summer tree on a whim as I was seeing the viewing just for nostalgia and felt stupid when it arrived because I ended up tossing it in the closet, there wasn't time to really sit down and do it. Then we got a terrible virus. I lay there for three weeks, unable to do anything, not feeling terrible. When I pulled my electric blanket out of the closet, found it, and started working on it, it immediately lifted my spirits. I've forgotten why I loved to cross stitch these stables as a kid. It's very meditative, especially die cut cross stitch where you can just get started without much planning. It was a decent sized needle and thread set and I had a lot of fun making it. All the colors involved were more fun because if I got bored of a color or quadrant of an item because it was stamped and easy to use, I would just switch to a new quadrant and color. Hours passed before I realized it! Much better than coloring IMO. Exactly what I needed.
