I just pulled this tire out and noticed that the frame I received is different than the one in the photo. I have specifically checked each picture in the listing and read the entire description to ensure these tires do not have a loose nut. The ones they sent me have a loose nut. I hate this type of tire because it's harder to tighten and more poppy. I am very disappointed because I am a few days longer than my return time. My little business has even more money now.

This is more of a decorative frame than a real frame. They are a lot harder to put on than the brand I'm used to making the fabric difficult to put on. The tire is very stiff and the wood on one of them broke after I put the fabric in. They are still quite expensive as the brand I like has gone up in price so I just use one of my old hoop earrings. work and then transfer the finished project to one of them to hang. There was no sticker or film on mine to remove.

I've recently taken up embroidery as a hobby so I needed an inexpensive embroidery hoop - it fits. There are often chips (easily repaired with light sand) and many of the inner tires don't exactly match the outer tires (not perfectly round), but I found this didn't matter for my early projects. While the hoops don't always fit perfectly, I can still stretch the fabric, and the bonus is that you can also easily dye these hoops to get a different color. They are worth buying if you have a hobby.

Some of mine are slightly crooked but I don't see how anyone would notice the fabric being inserted between two hoops. At least that's how I use them. No chips or cracks. I decided to order this tire because the photos show there is no separate screw to tighten. The tires I received have separate studs. This basically makes them useless for actual embroidery as there is no way to really tighten the hoop without using two hands and possibly pliers.
