Received with a damaged bulb - 1 of 2 bulbs did not light when plugged into a socket

Update - Seller contacted me and resolved the issue with a refund for the bulb - excellent support from seller . Sometimes there are problems and it's nice to get professional feedback and support from the seller. Two bulbs per pack. One of the bulbs didn't work - when I put the bulb in the socket the bulb flickered and went out then didn't work. As I took the lightbulb out of the box, I noticed a ringing noise that is usually heard when replacing a worn-out lightbulb. But I hoped it was just a new ring I didn't know about.
