Review on Door 2 Door Mapper by Shawn Pollock

The ease of use, ability to customize reports/dashboards as well tracking all my locations with one platform is amazing! I have not found anything that i dislike about this product yet but am looking forward towards future updates from them because they are always improving their products by adding new features or fixing bugs in existing ones!! Please try it out once you get time if its something like what we do at work then definitely give us feedback regarding any issues which might be there while using our system compared other systems available online too. We were able solve many problems related customer service management such sorting customers complaints received via phone calls / emails etc., solving billing queries (if needed), locating an agent who was handling certain call type(s) & providing support during peak hours when agents where busy attending another clients request thus causing delays -all these helped improve.
