Despite other bad reviews I took the risk of buying this knowing Amazon's return policy would support me if it didn't fit. Right off the bat I looked for things mentioned in other reviews. . All parts were in place, came with gaskets and vacuum fittings, flange to flange angle matches my gen3 5.3 liter engine with only 0.005 play at one corner which is normal for a gasket. It should be noted that I use short truck injectors and I believe this applies to the tall injectors used on LS1 engines. Not the manufacturer's fault. The only real flaws I found were burrs on some surfaces. They're not in spots that can cause problems, but as a machinist who has to clean all the edges, that worries me. Plus, of course, it can pose a security risk if you're worried about it. It takes about 5 minutes to remove the burrs and will be fine with me. For the record, he drives in a Genesis coupe with an LS spare and clears the hood/bonnet with no problem.
