Works well but 3 second delay

seems well put together and works well although I have a 3 second delay when outputting to a second computer. I've been using it off and on for several weeks. The picture looks good with no jaggies and no blurry. I bought this to stream from one computer to another for twitch. It works and the picture looks good, only two problems: 1/ the lag between the 3 second video lag on the computer. 2/ I turn on my slot machine and then my streaming computer. the problem is his "backfeed?" static on my monitor. Why? I have no idea but I just unplug and plug back in to stop this as it only happens on power up. I recently bought an elgato pcie to get away from it. I will continue to take light shots from my laptop, but in my situation it's not very good for live broadcasting. In order for the recorded material to be played live, it has to fit. as a backup device even if elgato doesn't give a shit about me. I don't think 1080p@60fps is right at the moment. But again, as a backup (hopefully never needed) or a light pre-recorded Twitch video, this should be fine
