Required when changing the toothed belt on TDI. I have the tools to work but with some modifications. At first the cam plate was soft metal and I ended up bending it. It's ok, just straightened it and started using it more carefully. Second, the tensioner broke. Both pins broke on the first try. Not the end of the world. I took it to the hardware store and found some nuts and bolts that fit the holes and worked amazing. I had no problems with the injection pump pin. So I'll say this kit gets the job done, but you may need to get creative. But overall the price is good.
