Of course, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for. The price is low, so is the quality. None of the cutting parts of the wire were sharp enough to cut 1 mm diameter garden wire. I can't say for sure if any of them had rust, but after about a week I noticed a few small spots. I live in the desert so I don't think it was the humidity. A bit like a rust flare but I don't know how they would get wet on MY end.
