Not what I expected!

After installing the brackets I wanted to attach the flags and when I first used them I found that the springs were very weak which allowed the flags to bounce in all directions and finally hitting the fender of my truck. I also noticed that in order to sell the product, the flags in the picture were made of fabric with large holes for air passage, while the flags I received were very tight which, together with weak feathers, resulted in the flags after 1 - I only travel 200 miles
