I've been looking for new sneakers for a long time. Due to the pandemic and not wanting to go to the shoe store, I ordered and tried on several different brands at home. I tried a few streams and new balances and in the end I liked the way they looked and felt the most. That being said, this was all based on walking around my apartment which has laminate flooring. I've read reviews that mention they need to be hacked and I agree with that statement. They were noticeably less comfortable for the first 20 miles or so than after that. But now, many miles past the 20 mile mark, they are causing me discomfort and pain in my legs. It is clear that they did not suit me. I can't tell you if it's because I have a weird foot, or the shoes are bad, or the way I walk is bad. It can be any combination. All I can say is that I used to wear very cheap New Balance sneakers that had no frills and I felt really great and they were relatively expensive and I had to stop them every now and then to take them off because of the bottom my leg hurts. That is not right.
