I made my own standing desk and have been using it for over a year. The one thing you need to combat is foot fatigue. I find myself leaning on the desk to alleviate it for a little while. This helps combat the fatigue you face and helps keep you upright and working. It also works on balance as you rock side to side and front to back. Truly a great addition to my office.
