I like how we are able to use this in conjunction with other products such as Salesforce or Hubspot for lead management/tracking etc., it is easy enought o set up but can take some time if you don't have much knowledge of setting thingsup correctly initially! It's not always intuitive so need someone who knows what they're doing when getting started - otherwise there will be problems which could cost us money (as well!). The benefits include being more organised around contact data & leads across multiple channels within one platform allowing easier collaboration between teams from marketing through sales all over Europe.
