Review on Crafting Triangular Felting Needles with Co-Link Pieces by Kelsey Brown

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good price lots of needles

Bought this wool felt tip pen to make wool drying balls. I read the reviews and was amazed by those who said the needles were too dull to pierce wool. When I started using it I had problems with it too. Then I realized that the needles were so close together that the pressure applied would have to be quite strong to pierce the wool. I removed half the needles and it works fine. The needles are incredibly sharp and I've pricked my fingers a few times, so I now wear a calfskin glove on my left hand (the hand I use to hold the ball of yarn). The needles are sharp enough to pierce the skin when I get them right, but that rarely happens. The needles break with rough use, but that is the case with all felting needles. I feel that these needles are of very good quality and the pen will last me for many years. To be honest I doubt I'll ever need to replace it as it has no moving parts and nothing can break without "trying" to mess it up.
