The Popular Boys Thermal Set, also known as PB-TUS, is a cotton jersey briefs and pajama set that can be used as a children's base layer in cold and snowy weather. While the PB-TUS may be popular, I don't think it quite lives up to the hype as I would rate it 3 stars out of 5. On the positive side, the PB-TUS is made of high quality cotton jersey, comfortable and warm to wear. The set is also available in anthracite, which looks attractive and stylish. In addition, the 8/10 set size is accurate and fits most boys. However, PB-TUS has several options. Firstly, the kit is not insulating as one would expect from thermal clothing. I found my child to be quite cold wearing the PB-TUS kit in temperatures below 30 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, some of the stitching on set was of poor quality, leading to loose threads and potential future tangling. All in all, while the PB-TUS is popular and has some merits, it is not the ideal thermal underwear set for boys.
